I am a lead, and I follow occasionally to get a feel of the other side. I found that cross body lead is super fun as a follower.

I might be in the minority l but I really like when my lead doesn’t do crazy arm things where my arms are wrapped around my neck five times 😂

Dips are very fun!
Also I like just dancing basic variations and having fun with it. I dislike being spun around 100x in a row. After you spin your follow 5, 10 times, give her a break. (maybe unless she’s super advanced and wants to spin all day). It makes me dizzy and I start to feel like I’m a puppet. Give the follow some time to play.

Some follows definitely do NOT like dips, so be careful about doing them.
Some ground rules for dips — don’t dip someone wearing a short dress, don’t dip someone who might be physically incapable of doing so (age, physical fitness, etc.), don’t dip someone if its too crowded.
